If you’re visiting London, you can’t miss a walk to St Dunstan-in-the-East
The church built in 1100 was severely damaged by bombing in World War II. Today we can only admire the bell tower, the tower with some remains of the arches and the side walls that border the gardens. Its ruins are now a public garden that you absolutely can’t miss. If you are looking for a romantic place to amaze your love this is definitely the place. Although immersed among the huge skyscrapers of the City has retained its magical atmosphere of the past. Crossing its threshold you will feel like entering into another world. Perfect as a destination for breakfast, lunch to have a relaxing picnics.
It’s located more or less halfway between London Bridge and Tower Bridge, I’ll leave you the exact address and opening hours at the end of the article.
See for yourself, these richly vegetated ruins create a unique and magical atmosphere. An air of mystery lurks behind these huge windows.
Don’t you think it’s one of the most incredible and Instagrammable places in London?
For the occasion I wore my new H&M denim dress with some high but very comfortable Asos sandals, and yes even if you never give up the heel I recommend you to wear a comfortable one. XD
